Had drawn from beer engine at Hart's in the Rocks (Sydney). Just wonderful hand pulled pint. Delicious. Nice notes of Rye. Highly drinkable.

Pours a dark golden straw.... Nice head, nice film.
Aromas of grapefruit / stone fruit.
Taste is a lot of stone fruit with a grapefruit finish.
Slightly more bitter than say, 55 or Modus Operandi style, but not harsh, but still not as sessionable.
Great example for a start up, tho..... Why buy imports? Hello 2015 Australia!!!!

Pours a lemony colour with great head and lacing.
Nose is lots of citrus, lots of grapefruit, some guava. Malt is underlying, subtly supporting rather than detracting from the hops.
Taste carries through with a bursting grapefruit flavour but does not progress to cloying bitterness. It's not sweet either- it balances the two quite excellently to retain extreme drinkability. Does finish with a nice crisp bitterness.
Mouthfeel is about medium-bodied, some sweet tropical notes, just excellent too really.
This is an expertly poised beer. Who'd have thought a brewery so new to the scene could be making beers of this calibre. Rivals fresh, highly-regarded US equivalents.
