Pours a copper/red.
Aromas of lychee, grassy hops.
Taste is silky smooth, more lychee, solid malt, tho can't pick up the adders.
Mouthfeel creamy it as a previous reviewer noted, a little watery.
Good offering overall, well into IPA/APA territory.

American IPA infused with jasmine and hibiscus. Should be fairly fresh, the best before suggests it's 2 weeks and 3 days old.
Pours a nice looking red with a golden tinge to it. Nice white head and lacing.
Nose is pine and a slightly muddled, dry white wine-esque scent. Oddly the adjuncts seem to provide a hint of fruity bourbon to the beer. Seems to be a bit of crystal malt in there too- there's definitely some potent malt-derived flavours in this beer. Strong pine though with even a vaguely wheaty funk behind it.
Taste is more pine, bit of crystal malt, definitely a bit of herbal/minty presence here and a bitterness both of which I think come from the adjuncts.
Kind of oddly watery profile to this beer- feels a fair bit like tap water. I think it needs a bit more heft in this department. Quite bitter too but in kind of a noncommital way because of the fundamental wateriness. "Could use more carbonation".
Not too sold on this one. To be fair I find "IPA brewed with..." concepts rarely work for me, as the hops either just overpower the adjuncts making them redundant; or the hops tend to be toned down for the adjunct flavours (which are inevitably disappointing anyway, and this is the category this beer falls into). Not a bad beer but definitely a step down after Winston.
