Poured 10/10/15 from a 32oz growler that was filled at the brewery on 10/9/15, into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains piney hops, citrus and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a burst of grassy hops bitterness followed by mildly sweet flavors of citrus and caramel. The malt character is on the thin side but it brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid IPA to pound for a while.
