Beautiful dark pink in color. Somewhat hazy in appearance. Tart up front. Raspberry with hints of lemon and lacto. Light, wheat malt undertone. Nice balance, never too sour. very short, crisp finish. Pretty good.

On-tap 2/11/2017 at brewery in South Kingston, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a deep pinkish purple color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains raspberries, wild yeast and light malts.
T: The taste starts out with a big burst of tart raspberry flavor and esters from wild yeast. The malt character is thin but on-target for the style. There is also some citrus flavor in the background. The after-taste is tart.
M: Smooth and very crisp, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style and the raspberry flavor.
