"The Legionnaire" French Imperial IPA (8.2% ABV) is a complex IPA bursting with a unique flavor profile. Fermented with a French yeast strain, it is light bodied and refreshing to drink. Dry hopped with Triskel hops from the Alsace region of France, "The Legionnaire" has dominant grapefruit aroma and flavor. The citrusy hop characteristic is balanced with vanilla and cinnamon notes from the French oak aged in the fermenter; the perceived mouthfeel of this otherwise light beer is also more pronounced due to the presence of oak.
