A: Pours a pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, and citrus/grapefruit hops over the top of moderate aromas of cereal grain malts.
T: Upfront there is a just shy of moderate flavor of cereal grain malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, and citrus/grapefruit hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving a fairly clean finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and enjoyable - a great summer time brew with the tropical + citrus flavors and light bitterness.

Availabile in 12oz cans, poured into a pint glass, color was a straw orange with minimal off-white head and lacing. First scent was certainly tropical (SPB nailed the name for this brew)! Mild hop flavors, Mrs.Bastard, a true bellever in the notion the hop is a "wicked weed", even liked this! That says volumes! At 6% abv, Tropicalismo is a nearly perfect summer ale for backyard BBQ's, or get-togethers. Extremely well-done Southern Pines!
