Look: It pours dark gold with a white head. Head retention if fairly good.
Smell: The initial aroma is an interesting combination of grapefruit and banana. There are some bready and doughy notes in the background.
Taste: It has flavors of grapefruit, banana, wheat, and citrus. The wheat and dough notes are stronger towards the finish with the grapefruit and bitterness found throughout the taste.
Feel: The body is moderate, but on the light side. It is highly carbonated with a bit of a bitter and acidic finish.
Overall, this is an interesting take on a wheat beer with the grapefruit and banana combination taking center stage for a good overall experience.
