Celebrate Fall with this delicately spiced imperial stout! Cinnamon and ginger were added during the boil, and then added AGAIN during conditioning along with fresh nutmeg, allspice and clove. We then infused the beer with some locally roasted Cactus Creek coffee. Enjoy!

Look: It pours very dark brown with a tan head. Head retention is low.
Smell: Strong rich coffee aromas with roast and bourbon. The clove is the most noticeable of the spices with ginger and nutmeg.
Taste: The flavors have strong coffee and roast with cinnomon and giner. Nutmeg is in support with bourbon and clove.
Feel: It has a medium full body with strong, but pleasant alcohol warming.
Overall, plenty of flavor with most of the elements pretty much in balance.
