Look: It pours dark brown with a tan head. Head retention is low.
Smell: The aromas have chocolate with dark fruits of plums and raisins.
Taste: The flavors feature chocolate up front with some toffee. There are dark fruits that feature plums and raisins. The bourbon adds a nice addition. It does not over power the other flavors, but instead compliments them.
Feel: It has a full body with plenty of alcohol warming which is a bit on the strong side. It has a bitter finish even though it starts out sweet.
Overalll, an excelent baltic porter with bourbon compliments.
