Our take on a modern West Coast IPA! Fermented cool, just like an autumn day, expect a clean and crisp malt base that gives way to the citrus driven hops of Falconer's Flight, Citra, Amarillo and Azacca. Generously dry hopped with Azacca & Citra.

Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. It has average head retention.
Smell: It has a strong grapefruit and citrus aroma with a decent amount of pepper. There are other spices and light dankness. There are very low levels of stone fruit with a touch of melon.
Taste: The stone fruit flavors are stronger in the flavor than in the aroma. There are citrus notes in the background with some grapefruit. It has light spicy touches and includes pepper. There are also some dank qualities with a bit of pine.
Feel: It has a medium body on the full side with a bit of slickness on the tongue. The bitterness is moderate and it is actually fairlly easy drinking.
Overall: There is a lot of hop play at work here. It is a bit heavy on the palate, but the flavor is work it and it does land on the easy drinking side considering it's a west coast IPA.
