No bananas were harmed making this beer, we just relied on the character of the hefeweien yeast coupled with the rich bready, toasty malts to present elements of the familiar baked goodie!

It pours dark brown with at tan head. It has low head retention. It has dough elements with light banana. There are some light spices in the background.
