Warm, nostalgic, and inviting, Hjem til Jul is an Old Ale that captures the essence of homecoming during the holiday season. Pouring a rich mahogany hue with deep ruby highlights, this ale immediately sets a festive tone. The aroma brings forward notes of caramelized toffee, dried fruits, and a whisper of roasted nuts, with a subtle hint of winter spices lingering in the background.
At 6.5% ABV, Hjem til Jul is smooth and medium-bodied, with a velvety texture that wraps the palate in a gentle warmth. Layers of malt complexity reveal flavors of toasted bread, soft caramel, and a touch of molasses, balanced by just enough earthy hop bitterness to keep it refreshing. It finishes with a mild sweetness and a long, comforting aftertaste.
Ideal for cozy nights by the fire, Hjem til Jul is the perfect companion for winding down, reminiscing, and celebrating the season with a beer that feels like home.
