Copenhagen 23/12 2020. 33 cl bottle from Kvickly, Østergade, Middelfart. Black label with grey headless horseman charging with a neon green sword.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Disappears almost immediately leaving a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor mingling with dark alcohol. Brown sugar, leather. Burnt rubber. Whisky. Saltiness.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, smooth, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a boozy saltiness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. Finish is potent and with a solid boozy burn.
Polish, dark and boozy. Eminent.

Black color with mocha head. Aroma has smooth whiskey notes with a touch of peat, roasted malt, a hint of liquorice, slightly boozy. Taste is bittersweet, mostly roasty, a bit ashy, light liquorice notes, bitter roasted coffee flavors on the finish. Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Overall it's a nice imperial stout with well integrated barrel notes.
