Copenhagen 6/7 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Helmet from a deep sea suit on the black can.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity, boozy and fermented odor mingling with sour citric notes. Mango and peach. Hints of decay and alcohol. Sharp grapefruit peeking in.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger slightly harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a long while. Finish is dry.
Potent and bitter with a fermented, boozy streak. A bit rough but you do not need a helmet to drink it.
