Hypnohopus, brewed in collaboration with Polish breweries Birbant and Szpunt, is a Double New England IPA with 7.6% alcohol. The first attraction is the honestly cloudy color, the second is the citrus aroma. Hop varieties Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret and Azacca provided a varied flavor combination of citrus, grapes, tropical fruit and pine needles. All this is finished with a pleasant bitterness that makes you want to take another sip.

Copenhagen 4/4 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of some slightly oozy, green dragon with an open maw flooded by beer and eyes empty on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy orange with a small white head. Settles as thi, transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surfe of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit with a whiff of fermentation and alcohol. Citric notes. Mango, papaya. Grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent sweet and fermented with a decent bitter bite.
