Copenhagen 25/3 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Devilish Squid in luminescent green on the can.
Pours opaque hazy orange with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with a more subdued citric sour scent. Peach and honey melon. Oranges. Hints of citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. A little thin for the Finish is dry.
Quite light DIPA. Both on alcohol and bitterness.
