Copenhagen 30/12 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with a light blue and red seahorse grasping a hop flower in it’s tail.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam almost managing to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruit saturated in alcohol with perfumed, citric notes. Mango, papaya and passion fruit. Citrus, grape fruit and eau de cologne.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a strong harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a boozy undertone. Finish is semi-dry and laden with alcohol.
A lot of intensity and a quite strong presence of alcohol for a beer holding an ABV of 7,6.
