Copenhagen 22/11 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with some kind of shark monster consuming a huge hop flower.
Pours unclear, dark amber with a big, dense white head. Settles as a thin, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a malty sweet odor mingling with tart nd citric notes, Sweet malts, caramel, butter. Hintet of peach and papaya. Sharp grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and slightly harsh. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite on the malty side but nicely balanced by bitter hops. Powerful, kissable Beast.
