We invited our friends from Maltgarden and wondered for a long time what beer to brew. It turned out that we all eat good coffee, which is how Birbant 7. Heaven – Coffee Hazy IPA was created.

Copenhagen 25/10 2021. Metallic can with mysterious circular symbol surrounded by snakes twirling around swords, pink birds flying with small bones in their beak and some moons and stars.
Pours opaque, slightly dirty orange with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light scent of tropical fruit and lactose mingling with citric fumes and a slightly strange odor of coffee. Peach and pineapple. Citrus and lemon. Caffè mocha.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste s sweetish and lingers for a bit. Finish sweet wit a touch of coffee.
They do take their coffee with milk and sugar.
