Collaboration with Funky Fluid.
Birbant and Funky Fluid have collaborated to create a light, yet really dense and juicy Sour Ale Smoothie with bananas, blueberries, sour cherries, pitahaya and black carrot. The original combination perfectly complements sweet and sour fruit flavors.

Copenhagen 21/2 2022. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. The can looks like a poster from the Pokemon empire breaking through a slushy portal.
Pours opaque, murky burgundy with a mid-sized pink head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with ice cream. Tart notes. Sweet raspberries and strawberry ice cream. Citric sour notes.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet berry delight with a tart undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fruity sweet.
A quite yummy and sweet Sour Beer. This should be drunk in June and not in dark January.
