A light IPA, dry-brewed using a blend of what we consider to be the most interesting seven American hop varieties: Citra, Sorachi Ace, Azzaca, El Dorado, Idaho7, BRU-1, and Talus.
Be sure to try it and let us know if you like these rich blends, or if you prefer single-hop beers.

Copenhagen 26/2 2022. 50 cl can from Meny, Brups Allé, Frb. F. Purple can with a Cartoonish Indian-inspired drawing of a female head.
Pours opaque, hazy golden amber with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as a 5 cm thick blanket of fluffy foam covering the surface of the beer completely. Massive lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with stronger citric fumes. Hints of pine. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime. Slightly acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor îs medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter with a light sweet undertone.
Fairly intense, well-balanced, fresh NEIPA.
