This Spring/Summer crusher is carefully crafted to be a bright and fruit-forward creation. Aged for over a year, this beer is a blend of a white sour base, Gewurztraminer grape must, and Saison barrels. The complex mix was then racked onto apricot puree and passion fruit juice to bring out the natural acidity and just overall awesomeness. Bewilder your taste buds with this pleasantly tart refreshment beverage.
