We like to get a little experimental with our beers sometimes, maybe even a little weird! Weird Science DipHop IPA is brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Rikau hops that were scientifically added before the fermentation for maximum flavour.

Yellow Dog Brewing 'Weird Science' Dip Hop IPA' @ 6.7% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a light gold from the can to a hazy yellow gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a fine spotty lace along the tulip
S-Nelson Sauvin , Citra & Rikau - hops = fruity notes
T-juicy & fruity NE IPA , slight bitter swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-glad I bought as a single beer and not the 4pack

Poured from a 473ml can. 40 IBU's. Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Rikau Hops.
A really well balanced hazy IPA, the New Zealand hops give in a smoky hit.
A super smooth finish.

A tropical NZ aroma overtop of hazy liquid. Pleasant plums, gooseberry and apricot hop flavours. Very hoppy without being too bitter or astringent. A very enjoyable beer and great hop combination.
