Acquired a 16 oz. can in a trade. My first impression was that the combination of the brand name and the 9.9% abv might mean that Artie's Belgian-Style Ale (no mention of Strong Arm Ale per the can) would be somewhat overpowering. My impression was not correct in this case. Very smooth and enjoyable - in fact, I might have had a second if it were available to me. Artie was definitely strong but nonetheless very drinkable.
