Hand-pulled pint in the excellent Cock Hotel, Wellington, Shropshire with my Dad on 27th July 2013.
Light golden with a thinning white crown.
Hop and mixed grain nose, the hops being floral and peppery in nature.
Taste was also mixed grains with floral and spicy hop notes: the beer got more dry and bitter with each mouthful, or that's how it came across to me.
OK and thirst quenching: wouldn't want to drink it all night though.
