Had this brew many times down at the Unicorn when I was staying Wollaston. This is a prime example of "real ale" its hand drawn for you which pours a lovely dark brown color with a very creamy head with very little carbonation. Smells and tastes of crackers, biscuits, toasted malts, and a little chocolate. Very good mouthfeel. As for drinkability, this is the poster-child of session beers, you can have way too many of these for your own good! I wish we could get this beer in the states, I miss it.
