Poured a brilliant dark reddish-orange with mild opacity and effervescence all under a quite floofy off-white foam head. Scent is interesting; the amber ale base comes through cleanly while the zested orange and rosemary provide an alluring, complex complement. Taste is exceedingly bitter for an amber ale -- seemingly from the rosemary -- while notes of orange and the more traditional caramel/toffee malt flavor. As the beer warms this bitterness recedes somewhat, so recommend letting the beer breath a bit before drinking unless you enjoy a bit of bitterness! Not exactly my style, but definitely one to check out if you have a chance.

Got on draft into a growler
A- reddish amber with quickly dissipating head, little to no lacing
S- dark, bready malt, hint of citrus rind. Gets funnier as it warms in the glass
T- rosemary up front, malt sweetness and a citrus tang with some bitterness to finish
F- medium body, lingering resin stickiness.
O- drinkable brew with some... interesting flavors, but probably not one I'd get twice

Reminded me more of a Porter than an Amber Ale.

By far my favorite complex and smooth. rosemary plays through with notes of the orange zest complementing it the whole way down
