Brown 500ml bottle, best before Sept 2010, drank mid Sept 2010, whoops!
Poured into a UK pint sleeve: the beer was a muddy, dirty brown with a slight haze (might have been too cold). On top sat an off-white head, thin but with staying power.
The beer is blended with Whisky and uses Pale, Crystal and Amber malts. Hops are Fuggles, Progress and Styrian Goldings.
The smell was weak and thin, some hints of hops, but no whisky for my nose.
The taste was weak and thin, some hints of hops, but no whisky for my mouth.
The body was weak and thin, are you getting the message?
