Poured from a 375 ml into a Tulip. Couldn't find a date or anything on the can.
Look: Pours black, a little brownish tinge when held up to the light, but not much is getting through. Has about 2-3 cm of brownish white head. The head hangs around for what seems like ages. Leaving some sticky lacing down the side of the glass.
Smell: Coffee, roasted grain, bit of chocolate, some molasses.
Taste: Coffee and molasses/licorice straight up, a graininess is in there too. Some cocoa and chocolate comes through.
Feel: Mid-bodied, not too heavy. Tingly carbonation, quite drinkable. Little drying of the palate near the end.
Overall: Nice. I could easily sit back and enjoy several of these over the course of an evening.

Thanks Mrkennedy for this one and another crowler can takeaway offering pouring the darkest kola hue with a khaki creamy two finger head, smell is dark roasty malts, liquorice and milk chocolate, the feel is medium bodied with nice above moderate carbonation, taste is milk chocolate on the forefront followed by the roasty dark malts and finished with a clean herbal light bitterness, overall a great example of a nice American Porter one which I could drink alot of and love the way this brewery is going cheers.
