Trying the Trip C at Harts Pub in Sydney. I'm guessing that the "Cs" stand for hops used....with that I'd guess Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops were used. The beer poured clear amber with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent is bitter with hints of flower and citrus. The taste is bitter through the draw with bitter citrus fruit and potpourri. The Mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's tasty and worth a try.
