Copenhagen 10/6 2016. 33 cl bottle from S-Market in Helsinki. Guy with glasses hailing with a mug of beer on the label.
Pours hazy orange with a big white head. Settles as thick creamy layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is dominated by distinct sour notes of grape fruit and citrus. Only a little fruity sweetness present.
Medium strong carbonation and a slightly thick palate.
Flavor is dominated by bitterness and sourness. Only very modest sweetness present. Bitter aftertaste.
A bit on the bitter/sour side but certainly a refreshing IPA.
