330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Hazy deep amber hue which considers darker than typical Pale Ale, it tops with thick creamy white head that withstands with very good retention before slowly subsiding to everlasting foamy crown along with lots of lacing web on the glass-side and lots of sediment floating around.
The aroma is pretty mild comprising of light citrus, tropical fruit, some earthy, some grassy, and floral from hop while malt as bread, husk, and sweet caramel.
Well balance taste upon the palate, hop forwards with its tropical fruit and citrus coating upon the taste buds where same time malt provides a note of sweetness with suggestion of bread, dry grain, and subtle caramel. There is persistent bitterness kick at the end that is quite lasting in the aftertaste too.
Medium body with rather smooth mouthfeel and some lively crisp carbonation, the overall feeling is refreshing with dry finish.
This beer holds a straightforward Pale Ale character of the new world with a very well balance profile between malt and hop, easy drinkable and good palate cleanser.
