This Baird brew is exclusively available at Vivo beer bar in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. It is a golden pale ale that pours with a beautiful white foamy head. Recommended by the staff (obviously) but also a local favorite at the bar. The price is a bit (a little bit) cheaper than the other beers too, being a specific brew. However, if you are a collectionist like myself, you will want to try this Baird gem. The smell is very hoppy and with notes of citrus as well -- it could pass even for a hefe if you weren't observant or told otherwise. The taste is very palatable and it goes down smooth, easily pairable with various types of cuisine. I would recommend this pale ale to anyone looking for a great burst of fresh hops and citrus flavor while not wanting to get overly hammered on high-alcohol brews.
