This is the Baird Beer fermented version of a real Lemon Sour. The wort extract is derived from both malt and sugar to which we add copious amounts of lemon juice and zest. The fermentation is vigorous, rendering a bone-dry and mouth-puckering beet version of a Lemon Sour.
