Having this limited seasonal brew on tap at the Baird Harajuku Taproom in Harajuku, Tokyo (June 2012). Poured into a large Baird tulip glass. Beautiful thick foamy white head dissolving over a cloudy tan brew. Fruity citrus notes accompany the hops with a bubbling effect on the tongue and gums. Smell a bit lacking and does not match the flavors present. Strong wheat aftertaste. Goes well with the beer fried chicken served here. Nice three-layer lacing in the tulip glass. Overall, a nice Belgian strong and a treat on tap. However, not exactly my favorite Baird brew (compared to all the other amazing ones).
