Having this limited seasonal brew on tap at the Baird Harajuku Taproom in Harajuku, Tokyo (June 2012). Poured into a medium-sized Baird tulip glass. Lots of spice in this hop-filled cloudy beige brew with a foamy white head. A strong lingering bittersweet aftertaste of grapefruit and wheat. Very spicy, goes well with a blue cheese dish. Sour grapefruit smell coming off this brew. Overall, I loved this brew and I would definitely recommend it among the other great Baird brews if you are in Harajuku and can get one!
