Bought a bottle of this limited brew from Tanakaya in Mejiro, Tokyo. Poured into a pint glass. A commemorative red ale for Baird brewer "Doug" who passed recently. An amazingly well-balanced, flavorful, bitter red ale. Perfect mouthfeel for what I think should never be a thin ale. Overall, one of the best red ales I've had in a long time. I will definitely try to get some more before this limited brew goes away.
