Black color with a thin head with short retention.
Malty aroma with notes of maillard products, faint grape and some toasted malts.
Flavor with notes of bread crust, a bit of caramel, coffee, nuts and dark fruits. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness from its toasted notes. It does not finish sweet.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 6.5% is very well disguised.
Pleasant Bock with decent malt complexity.
