25cl Brown bottle, best before 28 Sept 2012, drank 30 Dec 2010. Poured into my 'La Chouffe' stemmed tulip glass.
Clear amber body with a huge snowy white head on top.
The smell was very sweet, molasses and a mix of Christmassy spices.
The taste followed the smell, almost too sweet for me (and I prefer maltier, semi-sweeter beers). As the beer warmed it seemed to get sweeter, so if you do find one and drink it, drink it fast!
Not overly impressed and if this is their 'Special Noel' I wouldn't want to try their 'Normal Noel'.

Beer bottle (75 cl.), tasted in 2009.
Appearance : amber red color, with a white foamy head.
Smell : sweet malty and roasted caramel aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : sweet malty, with notes of caramel and spices.
Drinkability : a good beer in the French style "bière de garde".
