I lived in Akita for four years and for the first two nobody told me about a microbrewery being a 20min walk from my apartment... bastards!
Anyway for someone who wanted to get away from the same ol' Macros this was a great place to go. The food is done in the tradition brewhaus manner- with heavy influence from Germany.
A big bonus with them is that they offer a 120min nomihodia (all you can drink). I can't remember the cost, but I remember that it was definitely cost effective.
Their beers are great, but they are far from bad and definitely above average.
