L: Pale yellow with a light haze, lots of carbonation but no head.
S: Mild, cyder vinegar.
T: Salty, cyder vinegar.
F: Light, sharp, mouth-puckering sour.
O: Easy to drink, salty, sour, no hop profile to speak of. So pretty much what you’d expect from a gose.
