Pour is a very dark brown with a slight hint of red hue in the light. Fizzy noisy big bubbled off white colored head that dissipates to a ring fairly quick. Dark fruit foward with the aroma, hints of raisins, plums and figs. Taste consists of wheat foward bready malt, very subtle hints of dark fruit, which isn't as noticeable as it was in the nose. Mouthfeel is relatively high carbonation, and very thin bodied.

On tap at the July 4 event in a Dixie cup. Friendliest place I've been in Lewisburg.
Appearance is dark cola, with a short beige head.
Nice dark fruit aroma
Taste is nicely balanced raisin, plum, fig; with the German yeasts.
Mouthfeel: meets no opposition on its way down.
Overall: a really nice weizenbock.
This is what a micro brewery in the middle of nowhere should be brewing, a delicious sociable drink. Looking forward to trying more from GVB.
