What a complex, amazing beer. Start with a saison yeast. Add a champagne yeast to quickly bring the alcohol percentage up. Age that brew in a chardonnay barrel from Villa d'Est Gardenfarm and Winery from Nagano for 2 years. What you get is a delicious, ridiculously easy to drink beer that mimics a chardonnay and forces you to do all the research that goes into writing this review because it's very nature confuses the hell out of you.
