On August 15th, we celebrate Žolinė – a holiday where summer meets fall and which has been celebrated in Lithuania from a long time ago. Welcoming Žolinė, Dundulis brewers immerse themselves in fragrant grasslands. This time, using a modern approach, they have woven exotic bitter orange peels into the dome of our local herbs. The bitter orange peel stands out for its citrus notes, its light bitterness perfectly matches the subtle accents of hard and earthy yarrow, which are combined with the sweetness of tarragon. The beer is light, only 4.6%, but the herbal aromas and expressive combination of malt provide a deep and rich sensation, deeply involving you in the experience of intricate grasslands.
