Hazy amber color. Dense but small head, it eventually fades completely leaving only minimal spots initially.

Pale malted barley aroma. Some notes cream and minimal hop.

Dryer than expected. Good body but with an equally elevated level of carbonation. Mildly sweet with biscuit overtones. Light hop provides some balance. Short aftertaste.

Tested from a 1 liter bottle . best by 24-11-2021. Never had this one before that I remember. It popped when i opened up the bottle rubber stopper.
Look: very dark brown body when held to light. Not much of a head but lasts a while leaving plenty of lacing.
Smell: Roasted malt, chocolate, bread, dark fruit
Taste follows the nose, plus caramel . Very balanced nothing dominates. Smooth and very drinkable. Just slightly sweet overall. Not a roast bomb.

At first I thought it was just ok, but the more I drank the more I liked it. 3.96/5 overall, I might buy more of this.

From the bottle ingredients: water, Pilsner malt, Munich malt, Chocolate malt, Black malt, Caramel malt, hops, yeast.
unfiltered, no artificials, home made style, Anno 1750 plus more but......I don't know what is says

Brewery notes: BALTIC PORTER Unfiltered, 6.0% alc. volume. Heir to the true taste of dark chocolate. The wort for this beer is boiled in a cauldron and matured for 30 days in closed, cool tanks. This is how the dark chocolate color of the brew as well as its subtle bitterness and aroma are achieved. Its dark, almost black color is perfectly highlighted by its thick white foam. The taste of roasted malt is quite intense on the palate as is the mild bitterness of dark chocolate and the light notes of caramel, iris, and dried fruit.
