Served on tap in a pint glass

Appearance – The beer is served an orange amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades relatively quickly, leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell –The aroma of the brew is strongest of tropical fruits and bready smell mixed with a decent showing of citrus hop. Along with these smells were some hints of a graininess as well as a little bit of a floral and grassy smell.

Taste-The taste begins with rather tropical fruit flavor with a good deal of breadiness. The hop is sorta light upfront, but as the taste advances more and more hop comes to the tongue. While the hop is mostly of a grapefruit flavor, other hop tastes of grass and herb are there as well. At the end of the taste a bit of a floral taste hits the tongue and combines with the rest to leave one with a somewhat malty, but smooth and flavorful taste to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the a little bit on the chewier side with a carbonation that is slightly lower. For the decent hop profile and the bready taste the feel is rather nice and helps coat the tongue in the sweeter tropical and hopped tastes of the brew.

Overall – A rather enjoyable brew overall with a tasty blend of tropical, citrus, and malt blended with other more subtle flavors that add nicely to the overall experience.
