Served on tap in a pint glass is on
Appearance- The beer is served a hazed a hazy yellowish orange color with a small white head. The head fades fast leaving a light level of ring lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell-The aroma is strong of a wheat bread and grain smell mixed with a bit of lemon and lime and a touch of orange and pepper.
Taste- The taste starts with a big grain and wheat bread malt mixed with a bit of lemon and orange and notes of coriander and pepper. As the taste advances it dries up a bit leaving one with a crisp wheat taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is medium in thickness with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall - A good brew overall. Easy drinking and drier.
