Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a clear golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades fast leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is big of corn and caramel mixed with a good showing of grain and notes of bread. Along with these comes some light hay and must.
Taste- The taste begins with a big drier corn and grain taste mixed with a bit of caramel. Along with these comes notes of wheat and a bit of toast. As the taste advances some light hay and biscuit come in, leaving one with a drier Mexican Lager taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is medium in thickness with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall - A good drier Mexican lager.
