This Danish-style christmas beer is pretty consistent to the actual versions produced in Denmark by Carlsberg and Tuborg. A perfect winter warmer. Not overly spicy like some of the other winter beers on the market. Just the right amount of hops and malt. Columbus and Golding hops are used.

750ml bottle.
Dark and opaque mahogany with minimal head and lacing. Aromas of cooking sugar, raisin, slight orange peel. Strong brown sugar, mild cardamom and orange. medium body. A bit of a different take of the Christmas beer than I am used to. An appreciated change of pace.
