Our foeder-fermented Brett saison is bone dry with a cornucopia of complex funk and fruit notes, including pear, white peach, lemon and spice.

At my lady Pamela's house; bottled and chilled, from the Craft Heads bottle shop on University Ave. West in nearby downtown Windsor. My first beer from the Ottawa, ON brewery.

Interesting brew. From a 750ml bottle.
This one threw the brewer's kettle at it. Brett and dry hopping. Nice, early game Brett characteristics. Minimal dry hop courtesy of the Hallertau Blanc hop. Thought it might be a mess but it's pretty good. Pours with a flash off head like a lot of saisons. Suspended particulate in a pale orange hue. Smell is funky and winey. Tastes like a lightly oaked Chardonnay saison with a dry finish. All flavours are present but not over done. Light body. Over a very interesting beer. Great for those who like saisons and light an oak barrel age effect. Not barrel aged but at a blind test it could be mistaken. Enjoyed it!
